I recently bought the Gotland Blanket in Mustard & Cream color and it's just perfect for my living room. The material is super soft and the colors are exactly as shown on the website. Delivery was fast and packaging was eco-friendly. Totally recommend. 😊

I expected more from the Mikawa Towel Collection. The towels are not as absorbent as I hoped, and the color faded after a few washes. Not satisfied.

This website has been quite a disappointment for me. First off, the layout is incredibly confusing. It took me several minutes just to figure out where the different sections were, and even then it wasn't user-friendly at all. The navigation needs urgent improvement, as it's a mess and the categories aren't clearly labeled. Also, the product descriptions are very basic and don't offer enough information. When I'm spending a significant amount of money on homeware, I expect detailed descriptions and specifications, but that's definitely not the case here. Furthermore, the quality of the items I ordered did not live up to the hype. I ordered a couple of cushions and a throw, and they looked nothing like the pictures online. The colours were dull and the fabric felt cheap - definitely not what I expected from a premium homeware brand. The cushions lost their shape after just a week of use and the throw started pilling almost immediately. This is just not acceptable for the prices they charge. Another issue was the delivery. It was late and when I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. They simply told me to wait a few more days without offering any real solution or compensation for the delay. Lastly, the return process was a headache. The instructions were unclear and the whole procedure took way longer than it should have. I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be purchasing from this website again. There are many other brands out there with better quality, more reliable delivery and superior customer service. Urbanara needs to up its game if it wants to keep its customers satisfied. Overall, not worth the hassle or the money.

The Anadia Cotton Bedspread looks good but the color isn't as vibrant as it appeared online. Also, the material feels a bit rough. Expected better for the price.

I was quite disappointed with my purchase from Urbanara. The quality of the products did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price I paid. Delivery was slower than promised, and customer service was not really helpful. Wouldn't recommend it, sorry.
