I recently ordered from toner-partner.co.uk and was quite disappointed with my experience. First of all, the delivery was extremely slow. I placed my order a few weeks ago expecting to receive it within the estimated time frame provided during checkout, but it arrived much later than anticipated. Customer service was not very helpful either. When I reached out to inquire about the delay, I received generic responses which did not address my concerns directly. The website boasts a wide variety of products, but navigating through the site was another challenge. The layout is not user-friendly and it took me a considerable amount of time to find the specific toner I needed. Even after filtering the results, it seemed like a lot of irrelevant products were still showing up, making the search process cumbersome. When my order finally arrived, the packaging was subpar. The box was damaged and looked like it had been handled quite roughly during transit. Fortunately, the toner cartridges inside were intact, but the poor packaging certainly didn't instill confidence in the quality or care taken by the company. As for the product itself, it was not as described. The print quality was mediocre at best, with several lines and smudges appearing on my documents. I had hoped for a reliable and high-quality toner cartridge but was left feeling let down. Additionally, the prices are on the higher side compared to other suppliers. Considering the poor service, delayed delivery, and substandard product quality, I definitely do not think it was worth the cost. I expected better from a website that claims to specialize in toner products. Overall, I do not think I will be ordering from toner-partner.co.uk again and would advise others to consider alternative options.
Really unimpressed with the service. My order arrived much later than expected, and the quality wasn't great. Also, the customer support was not helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend.
