I recently purchased a product from Svakom's website and I must say that my experience was rather disappointing. First off, the website's layout is quite confusing and difficult to navigate. It took me an inordinate amount of time to find the specific category I was looking for, and even when I did, the product descriptions were rather sparse and not as informative as I would have liked. The checkout process was also incredibly cumbersome, with multiple unnecessary steps that made the whole experience frustrating and time-consuming. The shipping was another major issue. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, my order arrived several days late. To make matters worse, the tracking information was inaccurate and not updated regularly, leaving me in the dark about the whereabouts of my package. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, the responses were slow and unhelpful. The representatives were polite but lacked the knowledge and authority to resolve my issues effectively. The product quality itself was underwhelming. Considering the premium price, I expected much better. The materials felt cheap, and the product did not function as advertised. It was supposed to be silent but emitted a noticeable noise, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the battery life was disappointing and didn't last nearly as long as stated on the website. Given the high ratings and positive reviews I saw before making my purchase, my expectations were significantly higher. Unfortunately, my overall experience did not align with those glowing endorsements. I'm hesitant to give Svakom another chance in the future unless they make some serious improvements to their website functionality, customer service, and product quality. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards providing a better experience for their customers.

Very disapointed with the Interactive Thrusting Masturbator. It stopped working after just a few uses, and customer service was not helpful at all. expected much better for the price.
