Schöne Mode, aber die Preise sind etwas hoch im Vergleich zu anderen. Die Jacken sind jedoch sehr stilvoll und halten warm.
Die Website ist manchmal schwer zu navigieren, und einige Seiten laden nicht richtig. 😡 Hoffentlich wird das bald behoben.
Die Lieferung hat länger gedauert als erwartet, und ein Artikel war nicht verfügbar. Aber der Kundenservice war hilfreich und hat mir schnell geantwortet. 😕

This website offers a very limited selection of products compared to other online stores. The variety of styles and sizes is not impressive at all. I was hoping to find more trendy and unique items, but the options are mostly basic and quite overpriced for what you get. When I finally decided to order, the checkout process was cumbersome and not user-friendly. It took me several attempts to complete my purchase. The delivery time was longer than expected and the customer service was unresponsive when I tried to inquire about the status of my order. When my items arrived, the packaging was damaged, and one of the shirts I ordered had a stain on it. The quality of the clothes is questionable; they feel cheap and don't look as good as they do in the pictures. Return process was another headache. The website's instructions for returns are not clear, and it took me a while to figure out how to send the items back. I had to cover the return shipping costs, which was quite expensive, and I still haven't received my refund after several weeks. Overall, my experience with this website was very disappointing. I won't be shopping here again and I don't recommend it to others. There are plenty of better online stores out there with better products and services.
