Very disappointing experience with SJS Cycles. The bike parts I ordered took over two weeks to arrive, and when they finally did, a few items were missing. The customer service was unhelpful and didn't bother to resolve the issue properly. I don't recommend this service at all.
I recently had a rather disappointing experience shopping at SJS Cycles. I was drawn to their website because they seemed to have a great selection of bike parts, but the reality was a letdown. To start with, the website’s layout is confusing and not user-friendly at all. Navigating through the categories felt like a chore, and the search function didn’t seem to work properly. It was frustrating to find the specific items I was looking for. After finally selecting what I needed, the checkout process was another hassle. It took ages for the payment to go through, and I kept encountering errors that made me want to give up entirely. Once my order was finally processed, I expected relatively quick delivery since they reportedly have a good reputation for shipping. However, my items took much longer to arrive than promised. The delay wasn’t communicated at all, which meant I had to keep contacting customer service for updates. Speaking of customer service, that was another big letdown. They were hard to reach, and when I did get in touch, the responses were slow and unhelpful. It felt like they didn't care about assisting customers after they made a purchase. When the items finally did arrive, one of them was damaged and another one was incorrect. The return process was just as frustrating as everything else. I had to cover the return shipping cost, and processing the return took an unreasonable amount of time. The whole experience made me regret choosing SJS Cycles for my bike parts. I would not recommend this site to anyone. There are plenty of other bike shops out there with much better service, faster delivery, and user-friendly websites. Overall, my experience with SJS Cycles was a waste of time and money. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
