Non sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio di riparazione delle serrande che ho ricevuto. La serranda ha iniziato a fare rumore dopo solo pochi giorni dalla riparazione. Mi aspettavo un lavoro di qualità migliore considerando il prezzo che ho pagato.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Riparazione Serrande Roma. I scheduled an appointment through their website, which is quite confusing and not very user-friendly; it took multiple tries to complete my booking. The technician arrived an hour late, without any prior notification. When he finally showed up, he seemed unprepared and did not have the necessary parts to fix my malfunctioning shutters. He told me he would need to come back the next week with the correct parts, which was frustrating because I had taken time off work specifically for this appointment. When he returned, the repair was subpar at best. The shutters worked for about two days before they started malfunctioning again. I attempted to contact their customer service for assistance, but I was met with a very unhelpful and dismissive attitude. They seemed more interested in charging me for another service call rather than addressing the inadequacy of their previous work. I expected a more professional service, especially considering the high prices they charge. It’s exasperating to think I might have to reach out to another company to get the job done correctly. In short, Riparazione Serrande Roma did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional repair services. This entire process has been a waste of time and money, and I am left feeling extremely frustrated.
