I ordered a mystery box and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the retro jerseys inside. The shipping was quick and the customer service was very helpful when I had a question about sizing. Will definitely order again!
I've had a pretty disappointing experience with Retro Soccer's website. First off, the navigation is a mess. I spent so much time just trying to find basic information like the sizes and material of their products. It's all over the place and not user-friendly at all. I was particularly interested in buying a retro jersey, but the product descriptions are so vague. To top it off, the images are of low quality, which makes it hard to see the details of the items. Another thing that really got on my nerves was the slow loading times. I tried accessing the site on different devices and networks, but the pages took forever to load every single time. It's 2024, and there's no excuse for such a slow website. Customer service is also subpar. I sent two emails with some questions about a jersey and never got a reply. There's no live chat option, which is pretty standard these days and would have solved my problem quickly. The prices are also on the steeper side for retro jerseys, and given the substandard service, they don't seem worth it. They claim to offer quality, but the site doesn’t reflect that at all. One thing they do get right is the variety. The range of teams and eras represented is impressive, but that’s about the only good thing. I expected better for the price I’m paying. My advice? Give this website a miss unless they make some serious improvements. Overall, very underwhelming.
I was not impressed with the quality of the jersey I received. It had some loose threads and the print was faded. Didn't meet my expectations.
I was really excited about RetroSoccer, but the quality of the jerseys didn't meet my expectations. The fabric feels cheap and the prints started to fade after a few washes. Definitely not worth the price. 😞
