I bought the Frsky Taranis X-Lite and it works perfectly with my quadcopter. Affordable prices and quick delivery. Highly recommended for anyone into drones.

I recently purchased a few items from www.rclife.co.uk expecting a smooth experience, but it was anything but that. First of all, the navigation on the website is just frustrating. Finding the products I wanted took way longer than it should have due to poor categorization and search functionality that seems to not understand basic queries. Then, after placing my order, I was hit with unexpected shipping costs that were not clearly indicated during the checkout process. It felt like a bait and switch. When the items finally arrived, several days beyond their estimated delivery date, I discovered that one of the items was missing, and another was defective. Their customer service response was painfully slow; it took nearly a week to get a reply to my initial query. When they did respond, there was little in the way of an apology or sense of urgency to fix their mistakes. Instead, they blamed supply chain issues and didn't provide a satisfactory solution, only offering a partial refund for the defective product rather than a replacement. They also made the return process unnecessarily complicated. The overall experience left a lot to be desired. I've shopped at other RC hobby stores and never faced such issues. There's a lack of professionalism in their approach, from the website experience to the customer service. I would recommend looking for alternatives to avoid the hassle and disappointment I faced. It's a shame because they do seem to offer a wide range of products, but the execution falls flat. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future, somewhere that values their customers and provides a smoother overall experience.

I recently tried the product RC Speedster 35 from rclife.co.uk, and I have to say I'm quite impressed. As an avid RC enthusiast, I was looking for something that could offer both speed and durability. The RC Speedster 35 delivers on both fronts. First off, the assembly was straightforward thanks to the comprehensive manual provided on the website. It only took me around 45 minutes to get it fully assembled and ready for a test run. Once on the road, the Speedster 35 did not disappoint. đźš— It's incredibly fast, reaching up to 35 mph on a straight run, and the controls are surprisingly responsive. I took it to a rough terrain park and it held up pretty well. The suspension system did a great job absorbing shocks, and I didn't notice any significant wear or tear after a few hours of use. Another great feature is its battery life. The site advertised a 30-minute runtime per full charge, and it lived up to this claim. I managed to squeeze out just about 28 minutes before needing to recharge, which is pretty impressive compared to other RC cars I've tried in the same price range.

The website is good, but the delivery took over a week! Not cool when you need parts urgently. Please speed up shipping times.

I was really let down by rclife.co.uk. The site was difficult to navigate, and the product descriptions were confusing. I ordered a toy for my nephew's birthday, but it arrived late and damaged, which was super disappointing. Would not recommend. :(
