I recently visited Raw Motorsports' website in search of some essential parts for my car, and I must say, my experience was quite underwhelming. Firstly, the site layout is quite confusing; navigation through the different categories and products is not intuitive at all. It seems as though the site has been designed without considering user experience, making it difficult to find what you are looking for without getting frustrated. Moreover, the search functionality leaves much to be desired. It either throws irrelevant results or fails to understand simple keywords, which is incredibly frustrating. The product descriptions are barebones, providing minimal information about the product specifications, compatibility, or even detailed images. This makes it hard to make an informed purchase decision, especially when dealing with specialized car parts. Customer service is another major letdown. I reached out multiple times with inquiries about specific products, and either received delayed responses or none at all. When I did get a response, it was vague and not particularly helpful. The lack of a live chat option feels outdated and inconvenient. Another annoyance came when I tried to purchase an item, only to find out at the last minute that it was out of stock. Real-time inventory would be extremely beneficial, and it's disappointing that such a feature is not available. Payment options are also quite limited compared to other online stores, which adds another layer of inconvenience. Shipping information is not clearly stated, and I encountered issues with delayed delivery. Given these numerous issues, I think Raw Motorsports needs a significant overhaul in its website functionality and customer service. Until improvements are made, I would suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable and user-friendly automotive supplies.
