I recently used the Raileasy website to book a train ticket for my trip from London to Manchester, and I must say the experience was quite satisfactory. The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. From the moment I landed on the homepage, everything was clearly laid out. The search bar is prominently displayed, making it simple to enter travel details and find suitable train options. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the filter options, which allowed me to refine my search by departure and arrival times, price, and the number of changes. This made it possible to customize my search according to my specific needs. I found a ticket that suited my schedule and budget quite easily. The booking process was straightforward, and I encountered no technical issues. Another feature that stood out was the price comparison tool. It showed the different ticket prices available across various operators, ensuring I got the best deal possible. The mobile compatibility of the site is commendable as well; I could seamlessly switch from my laptop to my smartphone without any hassle. However, there were a few drawbacks. While the website is mostly user-friendly, it could benefit from a more modern design. The current layout seems a bit outdated, and this might not appeal to younger travellers. Additionally, the confirmation email took longer than expected to arrive, which made me a bit anxious. I had to refresh my inbox multiple times before it finally showed up. On the whole, Raileasy is a reliable platform for booking train tickets, and I would recommend it, especially for those who prefer a simple and efficient booking process. A bit of design update and faster confirmation emails would make it even better.

I recently used Raileasy.co.uk to book a train journey and honestly, it was a headache from start to finish. First of all, the website is extremely outdated and not user-friendly at all. It took me forever to find the routes and times I was looking for, and even then, the information provided was unclear. The search function is slow and clunky, which makes the whole process even more frustrating. When I finally managed to book my tickets, I ran into even more issues. The pricing was confusing – it showed one price during the search, but when I went to pay, it was higher. What's worse, the site crashed multiple times while I was trying to enter my payment details. Not only that, but the confirmation email I received was missing important details about my trip, like the seat reservation I paid for. I tried contacting customer service, and that was another nightmare. The response time was terribly slow, and when they did respond, it felt like they didn't even read my query fully before giving a generic response. I felt completely ignored and unsupported. On the day of travel, the mobile ticket system didn't work properly, and the ticket inspector almost didn’t let me on the train because of it. I had to show multiple emails and details to prove that I had actually booked a ticket, which was embarrassing and stressful. Overall, I can't recommend Raileasy.co.uk to anyone. With so many other train booking services out there, you’d think they'd make the effort to be more competitive and user-friendly, but that's not the case. Save yourself the hassle and book your tickets elsewhere. I hope they seriously consider revamping their website and improving their customer service because it is sorely lacking.

Really disappointed with Raileasy. The website was super slow and kept crashing. When I finally managed to book a ticket, the service fee was really high!😞 I'll probably look elsewhere next time.
