Also, I normally don't like writing negative reviews, but my experience with Purino.de has been quite disappointing. I was looking for some high-quality pet food for my dog, and a friend recommended this website. I decided to give it a try, but my experience from start to finish wasn't great at all. Firstly, the website layout is kind of confusing. It took me a while to find the products I was interested in because the categories are poorly organized. The search functionality is also not up to the mark - I searched for "Grain-Free Dog Food" and got irrelevant products in the results. Once I finally found the product I wanted, it was out of stock. This would have been fine if it was a one-time thing, but this seems to be a recurring issue with their stock. The product page didn't even give a clear indication of when it would be back in stock. Frustrating! The customer service is another downside. I tried reaching out via their contact form and email, but got no response. It's like they don't care about customer inquiries at all. After waiting for several days, I called their customer service number. The person on the other end was not very knowledgeable and didn't offer much help either, just told me to check the website later! Furthermore, I did place an order for another product they had in stock. It took nearly two weeks to arrive, despite the website stating that delivery would take 3-5 days. Given that I live within Germany, I found this delivery time unacceptable. When the product finally arrived, it looked different from the one advertised on the site. It wasn't a major difference, but still, I felt deceived. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Purino.de unless they make significant improvements in their inventory management, website design, and customer service. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning any time soon.

Die Pasta war matschig und die Soße schmeckte fade. Der Service war auch ziemlich langsam und unfreundlich. Enttäuschend für den Preis.
