I recently shopped on Pretavoir and I have to say, the experience was pretty disappointing. First off, the website interface is quite confusing and not user-friendly at all. It took me a good few minutes just to figure out where to find the sunglasses I was looking for. The filters are pointless and didn’t help narrow down my search in any meaningful way. Secondly, the customer service was subpar. I tried to reach out to them via email with some queries about the dimensions of a pair of glasses, but I received a generic response that didn't answer my questions at all. It felt like they didn’t even read my email properly. Also, the delivery took much longer than expected. They promise quick delivery, but it took almost two weeks for my package to arrive. When the glasses finally arrived, they were not the high quality I had anticipated for the price I paid. The frame felt flimsy and not durable at all. I also noticed a small scratch on one of the lenses which was really disappointing. For the premium price, I expected a much better product. If this wasn’t enough, the return process is a nightmare. You have to fill out so many forms and wait ages for a refund. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone looking for high-quality eyewear. There are many other sites out there with better service, quicker delivery, and higher quality products. It’s just not worth the hassle and disappointment. Pretavoir looks nice at first glance, but once you dig deeper, the cracks start to show. I wish I had read more reviews before making my purchase because this was definitely not a positive shopping experience. There’s a lot of room for improvement here.
I bought a pair of glasses from Pretavoir and was really disappointed. The frames felt cheap and uncomfortable. The lenses also had some scratches on them. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Will not be ordering again.
