Honestly, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience on Ponycap. First of all, the website is extremely hard to navigate. The layout is overly complicated with too many unnecessary elements that just clutter the screen. It took me a ridiculously long time to find the specific type of cap I was looking for. When I finally found it, the images provided were not detailed enough to really understand the quality and design of the cap. Moreover, the information about the materials used was very vague and incomplete. Customer service was another letdown. I tried reaching out via their contact form, but I did not receive any response for over a week. By the time they finally got back to me, I had already decided to purchase my cap from another retailer. I found their communication to be both slow and unhelpful.
I was quite disappointed with PonyCap. The website looked promising, but the selection was really limited and the quality of the cap I received was subpar. Not worth the money I spent. Won't be shopping here again.
