Awful experience. Car was dirty and there was a funny smell. The insurance coverage was fine, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. Definitely won't be renting from them again.

As an older traveler, I found NewWay.ie to be very straightforward. No hidden fees and complete insurance coverage made me feel secure while driving. However, the pick-up process was a bit slow. Something to improve on for the future.

Exceptional service! The staff was very friendly, and the car was in excellent condition. My trip from Dublin to Cork was smooth and hassle-free. Loved not having to worry about deposits or insurance headaches. Will definitely use NewWay again! :)

I rented a car from NewWay.ie for my trip to Ireland and I couldn't be happier. The insurance coverage was a huge plus! Ensured peace of mind throughout my trip. Highly recommend their services for anyone traveling to Dublin. Great job, guys!

All inclusive pricing was very helpful, but the car I received seemed quite old and had a few dents. I guess I got what I paid for, but a little disappointing nonetheless.

I rented a car with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The car was not as clean as I expected, and the process felt rushed. The transparency they promised didn't quite live up to the hype. 😞

I recently had the misfortune of browsing through New Way's website, and I have to say, it was quite an underwhelming experience. First off, the user interface is pretty outdated and clunky. Navigation is a pain because the links aren't always clearly labeled, and it takes several clicks to find even the simplest of items. On top of that, the site seems to have lots of broken links, which is incredibly frustrating. As for the product information, it's fairly sparse. Many products lack detailed descriptions and the images are often blurry or low-resolution. It's hard to make a purchasing decision when you can't even see what you're buying properly. I even encountered issues with the site timing out or loading very slowly, making the whole browsing process even more exasperating. Customer service did not add anything positive to my experience either. I reached out with some questions about a couple of products and received a generic response after waiting several days. Worse yet, the answers didn't even address my specific questions and felt very copy-pasted. Regarding shipping and returns, their policies are not very customer-friendly. You have to jump through numerous hoops to return items, and the shipping fees are quite high compared to other websites. Additionally, I found the site lacking in payment options - they offer very limited choices, which might not work for everyone. As someone who has shopped on many other more efficient sites, this was truly a letdown. On the bright side, the occasional discounts on products are okay, but they're not enough to outweigh the negatives. I wouldn't recommend New Way unless they seriously overhaul their website and customer service strategy. Even then, there are better options out there. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
