I recently purchased a phone from Mobile Phones Direct and my experience was far from satisfying. First off, the website's navigation was pretty confusing, with too many options and a cluttered layout. The pictures of the phones were low-quality and didn't give a good enough representation of the products. Secondly, the delivery time was much longer than what was initially promised. I was told I would receive my phone within 3 days, but it actually took over a week to arrive. When the phone finally did arrive, the packaging was damaged and the box looked like it had been thrown around. The phone itself had a few scratches on the back, which should be unacceptable for a brand new device. Additionally, their customer service was unhelpful and took days to respond to my complaint. When they eventually got back to me, they were rude and didn’t offer any satisfactory solutions. To top it all off, I found the same phone cheaper on another website after I had made my purchase. Overall, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to Mobile Phones Direct anytime soon. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're in the market for a new phone.
This site just doesn't have what I was looking for. The selection is limited, and prices aren't competitive. I had issues navigating, and their customer service wasn't helpful at all. Very disappointed.
