Honestly, I was really looking forward to shopping at Light & Shade, but my experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the website is extremely slow and it took ages for the pages to load. Navigating the website was a real pain because of this, and it made the entire shopping experience very frustrating. I was expecting a more seamless experience in 2024, especially with all the advancements in technology. The product descriptions were very poor, offering minimal details. A lot of the items lacked essential information like dimensions and materials, which are crucial for making an informed purchase. Additionally, the photos didn't do justice to the actual products. They seemed very low quality, and it was hard to get a good sense of what I was really buying. I ended up buying a lamp, and when it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. The build quality was subpar, and it felt like a cheap knockoff rather than a premium product. Speaking of delivery, the shipping was another nightmare. It took almost three weeks for my item to arrive, and the customer service was not helpful at all when I tried to get an update on my order. Their responses were slow, and they didn't even provide accurate tracking information. Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience. I had high hopes for Light & Shade given the modern design of their website, but the poor execution in terms of technical performance, product quality, and customer service was a letdown. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend this site to others. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for better-quality products and a more enjoyable shopping experience.
