So, I decided to give Kräuterbande a go because I'd heard good stuff about it. Wow, was I disappointed. First off, the website design is just meh. It's not user-friendly at all, and finding what you want is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The navigation is confusing, and you have to click multiple links to get to the product you want. When I finally found the herbal tea I was looking for, the product descriptions were pretty vague. I expect more detail about what I'm putting into my body, especially when it comes to health products. When my order finally arrived, it was late. I was super excited but quickly got let down. The packaging was unattractive and cheap-looking, hardly what you'd expect from a brand that supposedly cares about quality. The worst part? The tea tasted awful. It was way too bitter and had a weird aftertaste that lingered for hours. I’ve tried many herbal teas, but this was one of the worst. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, quite literally. The customer service was another sore point. I reached out to them about the delay and poor quality, and the response was anything but helpful. It took ages for them to get back, and when they did, they didn’t offer any real solutions. No refund, no exchange, nothing. Just some generic apology. I gave this two stars because at least the website's concept is good, but they need to step up their game big time in execution. I had high hopes, but Kräuterbande fell flat in almost every aspect. If you’re considering buying from here, think twice. There are plenty of better, more reliable options out there.
