Die Tablets sind gut, aber die Beschreibung war nicht ganz klar. Musste mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufnehmen, um sicherzugehen, dass ich das Richtige kaufe. War aber ganz okay ansonsten :)
Tolles Angebot und klasse Produkte! Habe mir ein Headset gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Pluspunkte für den schnellen Versand und die zuverlässige Kommunikation. Werde definitiv meinen Freunden und meiner Familie von Jacob erzählen.
Super Auswahl an Produkten, aber die Website ist etwas langsam. Es hat ewig gedauert, bis ich mein Konto erstellen konnte. Auch die Zahlungsoptionen könnten vielfältiger sein. Ansonsten war der Einkauf okay.
Also, I'm really disappointed with my experience on Jacob.de. I should mention first that the navigation on the site is just way too complicated. The menus are cluttered, and it's really hard to find what you're looking for. You'd think an online retailer would make it easy for customers to find products, but that's not the case here. Not once, but several times, I've ended up giving up on finding what I wanted simply because it was buried under too many subcategories or wasn't where it logically should be. Secondly, the delivery time was a major letdown. I ordered a laptop that was shown as "In stock" and available for immediate shipping. But it ended up taking almost two weeks to get to me. To make matters worse, customer service was non-existent. They never replied to my emails asking about the shipping delays, and when I tried calling, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before I just gave up. The overall product quality was also questionable. The laptop I received felt flimsy, like it was going to break any second, and there were no instructions or warranty information in the box. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and better service. To top it all off, their return policy is very restrictive. You only have a very short window to return items, and the process is tedious. You have to fill out multiple forms, wait for a response, and then pay for return shipping out of your own pocket. It just feels like they're making it as difficult as possible for you to get your money back. All in all, my experience with Jacob.de was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this site unless you absolutely can't find what you're looking for anywhere else, and even then, prepare for a frustrating experience.
Leider war die Lieferung verzögert und der Kundenservice konnte mir keine klare Antwort geben. Der Monitor, den ich bestellt habe, hatte auch einen Pixelfehler. Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht und werde mir wohl das nächste Mal überlegen, woanders zu bestellen.
Ich habe ein Notebook bei Jacob bestellt, und die Lieferung war super schnell! Die Qualität des Produkts war auch hervorragend. Der Kundenservice hat prompt auf meine Fragen geantwortet und war sehr hilfreich. Ich werde definitiv wieder hier einkaufen. Vielen Dank für den ausgezeichneten Service!
Der Service war katastrophal. Die Beratung war unfreundlich und die Produktkenntnisse waren schwach. Sehr enttäuschend für eine Firma, die sich als Expertenartig präsentiert.
