Seriously, I am extremely disappointed with Indesit Service. I have owned Indesit appliances for years and decided to use their service website to schedule a repair for my washing machine. I thought sticking to the brand's service would ensure quality, but I was SO wrong. First off, the website navigation is just terrible! It took me ages to figure out where to book an appointment. Once I did manage to find the booking section, the website kept crashing. I had to fill out my details three times before it finally went through. So, after booking, I expected to receive an email confirmation. Guess what? It never arrived. I had to call customer service, and after waiting on hold for what felt like an eternity, they finally confirmed my booking. I took a day off work to be here for the repairman. He was supposed to come between 9am and 1pm, but he showed up at 3pm WITHOUT any prior notice. And that’s not even the worst part. The guy seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. After fiddling with the washing machine for a while, he told me he didn't have the right parts and left, promising to return the next day. Another day off work, and surprise, surprise—he didn't show up. When I called customer service again, they didn't seem to have any record of the attempted repair and rescheduled me for another week later. Truly unacceptable. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I expected better from such a well-known brand. They seriously need to get their act together both online and offline. I will be looking elsewhere for my appliance service needs next time.
Honestly, the customer service was a letdown. The technician took forever to come for the repair, and when they did, they were unprepared. Wouldn't recommend.
