I recently made a purchase from Holistic Shop, but I must say I was really disappointed with the overall experience. The website looked quite promising, with a variety of spiritual and holistic products. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the shipping took forever! The website promised quick delivery, but I waited over two weeks to receive my order. I understand that sometimes there can be unexpected delays, but there was no communication from the shop about the delay or any apologies for the inconvenience caused. When the package finally arrived, I was disheartened to see that the packaging was quite flimsy. One of the crystal items I ordered was chipped and another was not the correct item I had requested. It was really disheartening because I had specifically chosen gifts for a special occasion and this kind of carelessness really ruined the surprise. Additionally, the quality of the incense sticks I ordered was subpar. They didn't burn properly and the scent was barely noticeable. For a site that claims to specialize in holistic and spiritual products, this is really not acceptable. Furthermore, I tried to reach out to customer service to explain my issues, but the response time was very slow. When I finally got a hold of someone, they didn't seem very interested in resolving my problems, offering just a partial refund which wouldn't even cover the cost of returning the faulty items. Overall, my experience with Holistic Shop was far from what I had hoped for. Given the slow shipping, poor packaging, damaged goods, and subpar customer service, I don't think I'll be shopping here again anytime soon. I expected more from a store that markets itself as a dedicated provider of holistic and spiritual products. Very disappointing!

Wasn't impressed at all with the selection and quality of the products on Holistic Shop. The crystals didn't look authentic, and the aromatherapy oils were too diluted. I suppose it might be okay for someone just starting out, but personally, I won't be ordering again.
