It takes forever to find the relevant information, especially when looking for specific details about the gold products they offer. The FAQ section is severely lacking; it barely covers the basics and leaves many questions unanswered. Customer service is another major letdown. Emails take days to get a response, and when you finally do hear back, the answers are vague and unhelpful. I tried calling the customer support number provided, but spent an eternity on hold, only to be connected to a representative who seemed more interested in ending the call quickly than solving my problem. Their pricing is also somewhat misleading. The advertised prices seem competitive, but once added to the cart, you will find hidden fees and extra charges that substantially increase the final amount. This feels dishonest and off-putting for potential buyers like myself. Moreover, while they tout their secure transactions, there’s little transparency about their security measures. In today’s age, providing detailed information about how customer data is protected is crucial, and the website fails to instill confidence in this regard. I also found the educational resources to be quite amateurish.
