This website honestly fails to live up to any expectations I had when I first signed up. It is heavily marketed as a paradise for geeks, otakus, and tech enthusiasts, yet it disappoints on many levels. First of all, the user interface is cluttered and difficult to navigate. For a site that’s supposed to attract tech-savvy individuals, the UI makes you feel like you're back in the early 2000s. The site's layout is confusing, with categories that don’t make sense and an extremely poor search function. Trying to find specific items is almost impossible, which really defeats the purpose of having an online store. Furthermore, the product range is quite limited. You would expect a site like this to have a vast selection of gadgets, collectibles, and other geek-related items, but the options are relatively few. What is available is often overpriced compared to other more reputable websites. The product descriptions are either missing or inadequate, giving you very little confidence in what you're actually buying. The customer service is another sore point. I tried reaching out with some simple queries and it took ages to get a response. When I finally did get a reply, it was generic and unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t really care about helping customers or resolving issues. It's frustrating and shows a lack of professionalism. Shipping times are another nightmare. Even though they claim to offer expedited shipping, it took almost a month for my order to arrive. When it did, the packaging was shoddy, and one of the items was damaged. Returning it has been an arduous process, compounded by poor communication and confusing return policies. In addition, there are way too many pop-up ads and notifications on the site, making the whole browsing experience irritating. Overall, I would not recommend this website to anyone. There are far better options out there that offer a wider range of products, more competitive prices, and much better customer service. Save your time and money, and avoid this site. Mariott
