This website is honestly a huge letdown. I ordered custom prints expecting high quality as advertised, but what I received was far from it. The colors were faded, and the images weren't sharp at all. On top of that, the paper quality felt cheap and thin, nothing like the premium quality they promised. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with. I tried contacting them multiple times through email and phone, but either I got no response or they were just unhelpful. When I finally got through, the representative seemed uninterested in solving my problem. They offered no refund or reprint, which is just unacceptable for the amount of money I spent. Delivery took forever as well. They claim to have fast shipping, but it took over three weeks for my prints to arrive, way past the event I needed them for. Honestly, I wish I had just gone to a local print shop instead of wasting my time and money here. It's frustrating to see how poorly they manage orders and customer relations. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone looking for quality prints and reliable service. Total waste of time and money.
Le service de FlixPrint m'a vraiment déçu. Les impressions étaient de mauvaise qualité et les couleurs étaient ternes. 🙁 En plus, la livraison a pris beaucoup plus de temps que prévu. Je ne recommanderais pas.
