I recently visited www.fitgun.co.uk and my experience was quite underwhelming. The website seemed promising at first glance, but soon I encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted my overall impression. Firstly, the site’s navigation is clunky and unintuitive. It took me several minutes just to find the product categories I was interested in. The menus are poorly organized, and it’s easy to get lost clicking through endless links that often lead you back to the same place. The search function is equally frustrating; it rarely returned relevant results for specific product searches. When it came to product descriptions, I found them lacking detail. For health and fitness equipment, I expect thorough and clear explanations of product features, benefits, and usage instructions. Instead, many descriptions were either too brief or filled with generic marketing fluff that didn’t answer my questions. Equally frustrating was the lack of customer reviews on most products. Reviews are critical for making informed purchasing decisions, and their absence felt like a red flag, making me hesitant to trust the quality and effectiveness of what they’re selling. Furthermore, the checkout process was nothing short of a nightmare. The site kept glitching, and I had to refresh multiple times just to proceed through the stages. Besides, there was no clear information about shipping costs until the very final step, which turned out to be ridiculously high for standard delivery. To make matters worse, customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for assistance. My email inquiries were met with automated responses, and I never received a satisfactory explanation for my questions or concerns. To sum it up, I had a below-average experience on this website. It seriously needs user-friendly updates, detailed product information, transparent pricing, and a responsive customer service team to gain my trust again. Until these improvements are made, I don’t see myself visiting or buying from this site in the future.
I bought the FitGun based on the reviews, but the experience was underwhelming. The battery life is pretty poor and the massage power isn't strong enough. Plus, it started making weird noises after just a few uses. Disappointed.
