I recently used EasyBus and I must say it was a pretty disappointing experience. From the moment I purchased my ticket, things started going south. First, the website is not user-friendly at all; it took me quite a while to finalize my booking. For a company dealing in transportation, ensuring customers have a seamless experience should be a priority, but clearly, it isn't here. On the day of my trip, the bus was late by 30 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was in a poor state – dirty seats, trash on the floor, and an unpleasant smell that made the journey unbearable. The driver didn’t seem to care much about the condition of the bus or the delay. During the trip, there was no communication regarding stops or the expected arrival time. Passengers were left in the dark, and that is not professional. Additionally, the seats were extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to relax or even sit properly for the duration of the trip. The bus then made several unplanned stops, further delaying us and messing up my schedule. For a service that promises cheap and reliable transportation, they surely missed the mark. I understand that you get what you pay for, but basic cleanliness and punctuality should be a given. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with EasyBus and will definitely not be using their service again. I've had better experiences with other budget transportation services. Would not recommend unless you have no other options and want to save a few pennies at the cost of comfort and reliability.

I recently used EasyBus for my trip to Gatwick Airport, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the glowing reviews I had read online, the service did not meet my expectations. First of all, the bus was late by at least 20 minutes, which caused a lot of anxiety as I had a tight schedule to follow. The seating was uncomfortable with very little legroom, making the journey quite uneasy. The website claimed that Wi-Fi would be available on board, but there was none, which was a significant letdown as I needed to get some work done during the trip. On top of that, the bus driver was rude and unhelpful when I asked about the stop arrangements. The vehicle itself could have been cleaner; there was litter on the floor and an unpleasant smell throughout the ride. Additionally, the air conditioning was either broken or not turned on, which made the interior stuffy and uncomfortable for everyone on board. On a positive note, the booking process on the website was relatively straightforward, and the ticket pricing was competitive. However, these aspects do not make up for the overall poor quality of service provided. I had hoped for a reliable and comfortable journey, but sadly, that was not the case. I would suggest looking into alternative airport transfer options if you value punctuality and comfort. Overall, I would give EasyBus a 2-star rating due to the significant issues that overshadowed the few positive aspects.

The service was just okay. The bus arrived late and the seats were not comfortable. Not worth the price in my opinion.
