Booking with Deluxe Cruises was unfortunately disappointing. The staff was not very helpful, and the cabins were smaller than expected. The onboard activities were also lacking. They need to improve their services to match the price they charge.

Ok, so I was checking out Deluxe Cruises because I thought it would be a good idea to plan my dream cruise vacation. But honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The website looks nice at first glance, all those fancy yacht pictures and scenic ocean views, but that’s where the excitement ended for me. As I navigated through the sections, I quickly noticed that the site's interface is not user-friendly at all, especially on mobile. Pages took forever to load, and sometimes it felt like I was clicking and waiting endlessly. It's like they put all their effort into making it look pretty but forgot about functionality. Maybe they should consider a website overhaul because this feels like something from the early 2000s.
