I recently visited the Da Vinci Collection website with high expectations, given its prestigious name. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The website layout is clunky and outdated, making navigation a hassle. The sections are poorly organized, and finding specific information takes much longer than it should. The product descriptions are vague and lack essential details, which is disappointing when trying to make an informed purchase. When I tried to contact customer service for some clarifications, the response time was painfully slow. It took over a week to get a simple reply, and even then, the information provided was not helpful. The overall user experience is frustrating, and the website seems to be stuck in the past. For a collection that prides itself on genius and innovation, the online presence certainly doesn’t reflect these values. Furthermore, the website lacks mobile optimization. Browsing on my phone was a nightmare with images not loading properly and buttons being unresponsive. Nowadays, mobile-friendly websites are the norm, and failing to meet that standard is quite unacceptable. Additionally, the prices seemed overly inflated for what is offered. I expected higher quality for the cost, but the delivered product did not meet my expectations. The craftsmanship appeared mediocre at best. To top it off, several items I was interested in were out of stock, and there's no restock information available. This speaks volumes about inventory mismanagement. All in all, I was left disappointed by the Da Vinci Collection and would think twice before considering another purchase. As it stands, it feels like they rely heavily on their name rather than delivering a quality user experience and product. For improvements, they need to work on website design, customer service responsiveness, and product quality control. However, until significant changes are made, I would not recommend this site.
Franchement, très déçu par la collection Da Vinci. Les articles ne correspondent pas aux photos sur le site et la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer. J'ai commandé un vase qui est arrivé avec des rayures. Le service client ne répond pas... Bref, je ne recommanderai pas.
