The product quality is exceptional, and the items feel very durable, which is crucial for strength training equipment. The comprehensive workout guide provided was extremely helpful, detailing various exercises and routines tailored to different levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced athletes. It also included nutritional advice, which is a great bonus. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free, and I received my order within the promised delivery time frame. As for customer service, I had a quick question regarding the workout guide, and the response from the support team was prompt and courteous. I ordered some fitness equipment from CQFitness and honestly, the experience was pretty disappointing. First off, the website itself is not very user-friendly. It's hard to navigate, and the search function doesn't always bring up relevant results. I spent a lot of time just trying to find the products I wanted. When I finally placed my order, the shipping took way longer than expected. The site promised a delivery within 5-7 days, but my package didn't arrive until almost two weeks later. I had to call customer service multiple times to get an update, and each time I was kept on hold for ages. When the products finally arrived, they were not as advertised. The quality of the equipment was subpar; the yoga mat was thinner than I expected and started to wear out after just a few uses. The dumbbells I ordered felt cheap and were not balanced properly, making my workouts less effective. I also noticed that the pricing on the website was quite misleading. Some items were on sale, but when you add them to your cart, the discount doesn't apply correctly. I had to manually contact customer service to get the correct price, which was a hassle. Another issue I encountered was with their return policy. It’s very confusing and not clearly outlined on the site. When I tried to return one of the items, I was told I had to pay for return shipping, which was almost as much as the product itself. Overall, I feel like CQFitness is not worth the trouble. There are so many other online stores with better quality products, faster shipping, and more transparent policies. If you're looking for reliable fitness gear, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
