Expected better quality for the price. The curtain poles I ordered were slightly bent and the delivery was delayed by a week. The customer service was polite but not very helpful in resolving my issues ☹️.

I recently visited the C&H Fabrics website, hoping to find a variety of high-quality materials for my latest sewing projects. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the site layout is quite outdated and not very user-friendly. Navigation through different sections is cumbersome, and it took me longer than expected to find the specific fabrics I was looking for. The search function is equally disappointing—it either shows too many irrelevant results, or oddly enough, none at all. When I did manage to find some fabrics that caught my eye, I was misled by the product descriptions. The colors and textures depicted in the images look beautiful, but upon receiving my order (which took a frustratingly long time to arrive), the fabrics were a far cry from what I expected. The colors were duller and the quality was subpar. Speaking of delivery, the shipping costs are exorbitantly high compared to other fabric retailers I’ve used in the past. Honestly, I felt like I was paying more for shipping than for the actual product itself. Customer service also did not impress me. I had a couple of questions regarding my order status, and when I reached out to them via phone and email, the responses were slow and not particularly helpful. It honestly felt like they didn’t care much about resolving my concerns. Additionally, the lack of a proper mobile version of the site adds to the frustration. In today's digital age, it’s surprising to see a company that hasn't optimized its site for mobile users. On a more positive note, the range of products is quite extensive. However, what's the use of variety if the quality and customer support are lacking? In summary, despite the attractive product range and the rich history behind C&H Fabrics, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. It’s unlikely that I’ll be a returning customer. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want better quality and customer service.
