The jewelry here is absolutely stunning! I've bought several pieces, and they never disappoint. The 'Soul Sisters Script Canvas' is my favorite. Highly recommend for gifts!
I was really excited to purchase a necklace from Bryan Anthonys, but my experience has been less than satisfactory. First of all, the website is nice to look at, but actual navigation is a bit of a mess. The jewelry looks stunning in the pictures, but the layout is confusing, and it's hard to find specific items or collections. Even worse, the filtering options are very limited, making it difficult to locate exactly what you're looking for. After finally finding a piece I liked, I placed my order and was surprised by the outrageous shipping fee. I would have honestly expected better options for the price point of their products. It took almost three weeks for my package to arrive, which is ridiculous considering I live in the US. When the necklace finally came, I was stunned at how tiny and flimsy it felt compared to the pictures on the site. It just looked so much more substantial in the photos, but in reality, it was almost weightless and seemed like it could break at any moment. The engraving was also barely legible and uneven. I've bought costume jewelry that felt more robust and was a fraction of the price. To top it all off, trying to get in touch with their customer service was a nightmare. I tried emailing, but responses were slow and unhelpful. The few times I called, I was put on hold for what felt like forever. In the end, I decided to return the necklace, but that experience was just as painful. Their return policy isn't very accommodating, and getting a refund took way longer than I expected. Overall, my experience with Bryan Anthonys was extremely disappointing, and I donโt think I'll be shopping here again. Save your money and go elsewhere; the quality and service just arenโt worth the hassle.
I was excited to buy the 'Taurus โ Zodiac Necklace,' but the quality isn't what I was expecting. It feels quite flimsy, not worth $27. ๐
I was so excited about the jewelry from Bryan Anthonys, but when my necklace arrived, it looked cheap and the clasp broke after just one wear. Very disappointed ๐ .
