Honestly, I was pretty excited to try out Bongo after hearing about it from a friend. But I have to say, my experience has been less than stellar. First off, navigating the website is a pain. It's cluttered and not user-friendly at all. I spent way too much time just trying to find what I needed. The search function is terrible, and the categories are not well-organized. When I finally managed to purchase a gift card, the delivery took much longer than advertised. I thought these things were supposed to be quick and seamless, but I had to wait almost a week to get my e-gift card! And the customer service? Don't even get me started. I reached out to them multiple times to inquire about the delay, but all I got were cookie-cutter responses that didn't address my issue at all. The options for experiences and gifts are also pretty limited when compared to similar services. Many of the most interesting offers were either sold out or unavailable. It was very frustrating to say the least. I ended up choosing something that was just okay because there were no good alternatives. When it came time to redeem the card, the process was just as frustrating. The instructions were not clear, and I had to call customer support again, only to go through the same generic responses and lack of real help. Overall, Bongo just didn't deliver on its promises. The user experience was poor, customer service was lacking, and the variety of options left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it unless they make some serious improvements. There are definitely better options out there where you get what you pay for and a more satisfying experience. I'm really disappointed and won't be using this service again anytime soon.

J'ai acheté un Bongo pour mon anniversaire et j'ai été très déçu. Les choix de destinations étaient limités et le service client n'était pas très utile. Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.
