Prezzi competitivi ma il sito ha bisogno di miglioramenti. Navigare tra le categorie è frustrante e alcune pagine si caricano lentamente.

Totally disappointing experience on bluprice.it. I was looking for some good deals and thought this website might be the answer, but boy was I wrong. The layout is confusing and trying to navigate through the categories feels like a wild goose chase. Many of the items listed seem outdated and the prices are not as competitive as they claim. I found better deals just by doing a simple search on other websites. To make matters worse, some of the product descriptions are incomplete or just plain wrong, leaving you unsure if it's even the right item. Customer service? Don't even get me started! I tried contacting them for some clarification about a product, but no answer. I sent an email and still no response after three days. Honestly, it feels like they don't care about their customers at all. The delivery options are limited and quite pricey compared to other e-commerce sites I have used before. After placing an order, the waiting time for delivery was ridiculously long. And guess what? When my order finally arrived, it was partially damaged. The package was poorly handled, and the product box was crushed. There was no proper packaging to protect fragile items. It's really frustrating to deal with such incompetence. The return policy isn't much better either. They make it overly complicated to return items, and the response time is glacial. In essence, it was a waste of time and energy. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. There are much better options out there. Overall, it's been a very subpar shopping experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Mi aspettavo di più dalla MSI MEG X670E Godlike. Non funziona bene con il mio set-up e ho avuto problemi di compatibilità. Servizio clienti insoddisfacente.
