I recently tried to purchase a piece of art from Black Dragon Press, and the experience was really frustrating. First of all, the website looks sleek and elegant, but the navigation is a nightmare. It's hard to find what you're looking for, and the search function often doesn't work properly. I spent a lot of time just trying to locate a specific item I had seen before. When I finally placed my order, I was disappointed to find out that the shipping cost was exorbitant, especially for international shipping. I understand that art prints need to be handled with care, but the shipping fee was almost as much as the print itself! Plus, there were no alternative shipping options available, which felt really restrictive. Another big issue was the customer service. I had a question about my order and tried reaching out multiple times via email and social media, but I waited for days without any response. When I finally got a reply, it was curt and didn't answer my questions satisfactorily. This kind of customer service is unacceptable for a business that charges premium prices for their products. On top of that, when my print arrived, it was slightly damaged. The packaging wasn't adequate for international travel, and it seemed like it hadn't been handled with the necessary care. For the price I paid, I expected a lot better quality control. To be fair, the print itself was beautiful and well-made, but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend Black Dragon Press unless they seriously improve their website and customer service. It's just not worth the hassle and stress. Really disappointed. Won't be returning anytime soon.
Je suis assez déçu par les produits de Black Dragon Press. La qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix et le service client laisse à désirer. Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux pour une telle dépense. 😞
