Ugh, where do I even start? I ordered a few things from this website and, honestly, it was a huge mistake. First of all, the website looks like it's stuck in the early 2000s—very outdated and not easy to navigate at all. I had a hard time finding what I wanted because the categories are not clear and the search function is basically useless. I mean, come on, who designed this thing? When I finally placed my order, I had to wait two whole weeks for it to arrive. Two weeks!! That's just insane considering they claim it's fast shipping. When I finally got the package, I was even more disappointed. The items didn't match the description on the website at all. The materials looked cheap and flimsy, pretty much falling apart the moment I touched them. One item was even a completely different color than what I ordered. It's like they don't care about quality control at all. I tried to contact customer service to get a refund or at least an exchange, and it was a nightmare. They responded after days and were not helpful at all. They gave me some generic responses and didn't seem interested in resolving my issue. Ultimately, I couldn't get my money back, just a lousy store credit that I won't even bother using because I refuse to shop here again. To top it all off, the prices are way too high for what you get. I seriously felt ripped off. There are so many better options out there, don't waste your time or money on this one. If I could give it zero stars, I would. You've been warned.
