I had high hopes for booking my holiday through Algarve Vacation, but I ended up being quite disappointed with the experience. From the beginning, the website was not user-friendly at all. The navigation was confusing, and I found it very difficult to find the information I was looking for. Even the search function seemed inadequate as it brought up irrelevant results most of the time. The website's layout looked outdated, which gave me little confidence in the services they offer. When I finally decided to book an accommodation, the booking process itself was a hassle. The website lagged multiple times, and I had to re-enter my details several times before the information was saved. I was expecting a smooth and straightforward experience, but instead, it became a frustrating exercise. Once the booking was confirmed, I was relieved, but the issues didn't end there. The confirmation email took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it did, some details like the check-in instructions were missing. I had to contact customer service to get the information, and even that was a challenge. The customer service was not responsive and seemed indifferent to my concerns. When we finally arrived at the property, it did not match the description or the photos on the website. It was smaller and not as well-maintained as it appeared online. The advertised amenities were either not available or in poor condition. For example, the "fully equipped kitchen" was missing several essential items, and the "high-speed WiFi" was practically unusable. All in all, my experience with Algarve Vacation was far from satisfactory. I feel that they need to update their website, make their services more reliable, and ensure their listings accurately reflect the actual properties. Until these improvements are made, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking to book a vacation in the Algarve.
Had high hopes but was left disappointed. The service was below expectations, and the customer support was unhelpful. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth vacation planning experience.
