Honestly, not impressed with this site. The layout is confusing and hard to navigate. I expected better content. 😒
I recently visited the WIEL website, and I have to say it wasn't the best experience. First off, the layout is quite confusing. It's not intuitive and I found myself clicking around aimlessly trying to find the information I needed. The navigation menus are cluttered and it feels like there’s too much crammed into each page. It’s also quite slow to load, which is really frustrating when you're trying to get something done quickly. Another issue I had was with the content itself. While there is a lot of information available, it isn’t well-organized or easy to read. The articles are often lengthy without any summaries or bullet points to make them more digestible. It seems like they haven't updated their design in years because it doesn’t have a modern look or feel. Speaking of updates, there were several outdated pieces of content that made me question the reliability of the site. I also didn't appreciate the excessive number of ads popping up. They are intrusive and really detracted from the overall user experience. On top of that, there were some links that led to error pages or redirected me to irrelevant sites, which added to my frustration. Customer service also left much to be desired. I tried reaching out with a query and didn't receive a response for several days. When I finally did hear back, the answer was generic and didn't address my issue. Considering all these factors, I would rate my experience as below average. There’s definitely a lot of room for improvement. The site has potential but needs a major overhaul in terms of design, content organization, and responsiveness. Until then, I unfortunately can’t recommend it.
