I recently had the misfortune of engaging with Vitesse Ltd.'s services and, to say the least, it was a disappointing experience. From the get-go, the website promises a seamless experience, but reality couldn't be further from this. First, the layout of the website is overly complicated. It took me ages just to navigate through their offerings. The menus are cluttered with too much information, making it a chore to find what you're looking for. I wouldn't call myself tech-savvy, but I'm definitely not a novice either, and even I faced difficulties. The customer service, which is supposed to be a highlight according to their claims, was horrendous. I tried contacting them via email and received a generic automated response every time. On the rare occasion that I did get a human response, the support was anything but helpful. They gave vague answers and, more often than not, it felt like I knew more about their services than they did. Delivery times are another major gripe. Despite advertising quick and efficient delivery, I found myself waiting weeks for an order that was supposed to arrive within days. When it finally did arrive, it was incomplete. Trying to get the remaining items delivered or even getting a refund was another nightmare of endless email exchanges and long wait times. Let's talk about the quality of products. For the premium prices they charge, I expected at least decent quality, but I was sorely disappointed. The items were subpar, and some even showed signs of prior use. This is completely unacceptable and a clear indicator of either poor inventory management or a lack of quality control. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed a second order just to see if this was a one-off mistake, but alas, the experience was pretty much the same, if not worse. To make matters even more frustrating, their website frequently has glitches. On numerous occasions, I found myself unable to add items to my cart, or worse, my cart would mysteriously empty itself right before checkout. Overall, Vitesse Ltd. offers a terrible online shopping experience, riddled with poor customer service, delayed deliveries, and substandard products. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value your time, money, and sanity.
