Le service internet de Vidéotron est une catastrophe. Problèmes constants de connexion avec très peu d'aide du support technique. Je ne signe plus jamais chez eux. 😠
I recently had a disappointing experience with Videotron. From the start, their website is not user-friendly at all. It took me forever to find the information I was looking for, and the navigation is, quite frankly, cumbersome. I wanted to know more about their internet packages, but the details provided were either too basic or too cluttered with promotional jargon. It’s like they were trying to hide the actual information behind flashy offers. When I finally managed to place an order, the delivery and installation process was another headache. The schedule was unclear, and I had to call customer service multiple times just to get a straight answer. Speaking of customer service, it's abysmal. The wait times are long, and it always felt like the representatives were in a rush to get me off the phone rather than resolving my issue. When the technician eventually arrived, they were unprofessional and seemed in a hurry. The installation was sloppy, and I've been having connection problems ever since. I called back to have the issue fixed, but the response has been slow and inadequate. The worst part is that despite these ongoing issues, they are still billing me the full amount without any consideration for the disruptions in service. I also tried using their mobile app, thinking it might be better for managing my account, but it’s just as frustrating to use as their website. It keeps glitching, and it’s not intuitive at all. I expected more from a company that positions itself as a leader in telecommunications. Honestly, I regret switching to Videotron and cannot in good faith recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable internet and good customer support. There are much better options out there.
Je suis assez déçue par la qualité de la télé par Vidéotron. Les chaînes se coupent souvent et le service clientèle n'a pas été très utile pour résoudre les problèmes. 😞
Héliox est bien, mais c tro cher pour moi. Les fonctionnalités sont cool, mais j'aurais aimé plus d'options abordables. :(
Je suis assez déçu de Vidéotron. J'ai pris le forfait Internet GIGA à 70 $/mois et j'ai souvent des coupures de connexion. Le service client est lent à répondre. 😒
Le forfait Internet 500 de Vidéotron est génial! La connexion est rapide et stable, parfaite pour mes besoins de télétravail. En plus, le rabais à vie rend le prix super compétitif. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent une bonne connexion internet à un prix raisonnable.
La Mobilité par Vidéotron est correcte mais sans plus. Les forfaits sont chers par rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver ailleurs. J'espère qu'ils vont améliorer cela à l'avenir.
