I recently tried out vgen.co and, honestly, I was pretty disappointed. From the moment I logged in, the user experience was less than impressive. The website layout is cluttered and not intuitive at all. I had a tough time finding the options I needed, and there were no helpful guides or FAQs to assist me. The service itself didn’t live up to the promises made in the marketing materials. The features that are supposed to set it apart from other platforms in the same niche are either bug-ridden or outright missing. Additionally, I encountered numerous technical glitches. Pages would take forever to load or wouldn’t load at all, often displaying error messages that were vague and unhelpful. This severely impacted my ability to use the service and made the whole experience frustrating. The customer support was another point of contention. I reached out via their contact form and social media, only to be met with automated responses and a significant delay in receiving any form of helpful communication. When I finally got a reply, it was generic and didn’t address my specific issues, making me feel like they don’t prioritize individual customer concerns. The pricing structure is also problematic. I feel like I didn’t get value for my money considering the high subscription costs and the subpar service delivery. For a premium-priced service, I expected a much higher level of performance and user support. There are definitely better alternatives out there that provide more reliable and user-friendly services for a similar or lower price. Overall, I don’t recommend vgen.co based on my experience. It was more hassle than it was worth, and I came away feeling quite let down.
Truly disappointed 😞 Bought the VGen product and it stopped working after a week. The customer service was unresponsive and offered no help. The quality does not match the price.
