Il servizio è stato discreto, ma mi aspettavo di più vista la reputazione del centro. Il dottore è stato gentile ma non molto dettagliato nelle spiegazioni. Potrebbe migliorare.
Ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica al centro odontoiatrico Ventura. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale. Mi hanno spiegato tutto chiaramente e mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque abbia bisogno di cure dentistiche.
Veramente un ottimo centro! Ho portato qui mia figlia per una visita ortodontica e il personale è stato super gentile. Mia figlia è rimasta molto contenta. 😊

Man, venturacentroodontoiatrico.it was not what I expected at all. I was really hoping for top-notch dental services, given the sleek design of the website, but nah. First off, the booking system is a nightmare. Tried multiple times to book an appointment and each time I was met with system errors. Seriously, what's the point of having an online booking option if it doesn't work? Then there's the fact that the website is super slow. Pages take forever to load, and sometimes they just don't load at all. I ended up refreshing a gazillion times. Another thing that really bothered me was the lack of clear information. I had a hard time finding basic details about the services they offer. You'd think an odontoiatrico website would have detailed descriptions about their dental treatments, but nope, everything's vague and incomplete. Also, the contact information is buried deep somewhere on the site, making it nearly impossible to find. Talking about language options, I was hoping to switch to English for some of the details and guess what? The translation is horrible! Feels like it was done by a bot rather than a human. To top it all, I finally managed to speak to customer service after endless attempts, and the person on the other end sounded disinterested and unhelpful. Not to mention, the prices listed seem outrageous for the kind of service you get. I've been to other dental centers that offer way better service at a fraction of the cost. All in all, my experience was super disappointing and I regret wasting my time. Fix your website and maybe I'll consider coming back, but until then, it’s a no from me.
Ho avuto un’esperienza deludente presso questo centro odontoiatrico. Il personale non era molto cordiale e le attese sono state lunghe. Non consiglio.
Nonostante buone raccomandazioni, ho trovato il servizio insoddisfacente. La qualità delle cure non era all'altezza. Decisamente deluso saftisfato.
