Vapora.ch me disappointed a lot. I ordered some e-liquids and accessories from the website, thinking that since it is Swiss and has a professional look, the products and service would be top-notch. Boy, was I wrong. First off, the delivery took forever. I get that shipping can be slow sometimes, but this was excessively long. When the package finally arrived, it was poorly packed. One of the e-liquid bottles had leaked, making a mess of everything inside. The worst part is that the bottle that leaked was not even one that I ordered. They somehow mixed up the flavors and sent me ones I didn’t want, which I find super annoying. So I contacted their customer service, hoping to resolve the issue quickly. Instead, it took them days to respond, and they were not helpful at all. They just kept repeating their return policy instead of actually addressing my problem. It was like talking to a robot, honestly. After going back and forth, they finally agreed to replace the wrong items but only after I sent back the leaked one at MY expense. What kind of customer service is that? Another issue I had is with the quality of the products. The e-liquids didn't taste as advertised—and I'm not talking subtle differences—these were totally off. It made me question the authenticity and safety of their products. When you vape, you expect a certain standard, especially when you're paying premium prices for it. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with my experience at Vapora.ch. It's not worth the hassle or the money. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Really thought they would be better given the Swiss reputation for quality, but that clearly isn't the case here. Beware if you decide to shop here. Best of luck, you’re gonna need it.
La ISOK X est géniale! J'adore la variété de saveurs, surtout les fruits mixtes. C'est compact et facile à emporter partout. Super! :)
Le service client de Vapora est très réactif et aimable. J'ai eu un petit problème et ils l'ont résolu rapidement.
Je suis un peu déçu de l'ISOK X de Vapora. La diversité des saveurs était correcte, mais elles ne duraient pas longtemps. Aussi, la qualité semble inférieure aux attentes, l'appareil a rapidement montré des signes de défaillance. J'espérais mieux cuenta tenu des éloges affichés sur le site. 😐
Les saveurs sont agréables, mais l'appareil est trop fragile. Ma ISOK X est tombée une fois et elle ne fonctionne plus.
J'avais des doutes au début mais je suis impressionnée! Les Puffs sont parfaits et le goût est excellent. J'ai arrêté de fumer grâce à ISOK.
Très déçu par la cigarette électronique ISOK NEOS 800 Puffs. La batterie ne dure pas et le goût n'est pas top.
