Honestly, I had high hopes for Upset Shop, but I was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I landed on the homepage, I struggled to navigate the site. The layout is confusing and cluttered, with too many ads popping up constantly. It doesn’t help that the search function is practically useless; it failed to return relevant results for simple searches. Moreover, the product descriptions are vague and lacking essential details. I ordered a pair of sneakers, and I was shocked by the low quality when they arrived. The material was flimsy, and there were visible glue stains. To make matters worse, the size was completely off, despite following their size guide. The customer service experience was another nightmare. When I tried to contact them about the size issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. It took days to get a reply, and even then, they insisted that the size discrepancy was my fault. Their return policy is misleading and incredibly rigid, which made the entire process of returning the sneakers a hassle. Shipping is another area where Upset Shop falls short. I paid extra for express shipping, but my order still arrived late. The tracking information was inaccurate and unhelpful. I reached out to their customer support, but as expected, they provided no helpful insights. Overall, the entire experience with Upset Shop was underwhelming and frustrating. I won't be shopping here again anytime soon and would suggest others to be wary before making a purchase. Better options are available elsewhere for both quality and service.
