The digital impressions category was a bit confusing to navigate. 😕 It took me a while to find what I needed. However, the prices are fair and the quality is good.

The site offers a solid variety of implants and tools, but I think the prices are a little high. Additionally, the checkout process could be easier. Overall, a decent site.

The range of products available is exceptional. I found exactly what I needed for my practice, and the quality is top-notch. Delivery was super quick too! Highly recommended for dental professionals.

Over the past few months, I’ve had multiple interactions with Uniqa Dental’s website, and I have to say, it has been less than satisfactory. First off, navigating the site is surprisingly cumbersome. One would think that a dental website would have clean and well-organized information, but this site feels chaotic. The information is scattered, and I had to click through multiple pages to find basic details about the services they offer. It’s not user-friendly at all and left me feeling frustrated every time I tried to find something specific. For those who don't have a lot of time to waste, this site is a nightmare. Moreover, the booking system they have in place is a joke. I tried booking an appointment online, and half the time the site showed errors or simply wouldn't load the next page. I’m fairly tech-savvy, so I can’t imagine how much worse this would be for older users or those who aren't as comfortable with computers. It's almost as if the website is intentionally difficult to navigate to push you to call them instead. When I finally managed to secure an appointment online, I didn’t receive any confirmation. I had to call their office to make sure they had my details, which defeats the whole purpose of an online booking system. Seriously, what’s the point of having an online booking option if you still have to confirm everything over the phone? On top of that, there are frequent spelling mistakes and grammatical errors throughout the site, which doesn’t instill much confidence in their professionalism. They might want to consider having someone proofread and clean up the content. I can live with a few errors here and there, but there were enough mistakes that it started to feel unprofessional. All this combined makes me wonder about the actual quality of service they provide if they can't even get their website right. If their online presence is this poorly managed, can we really trust them with dental care? I'd suggest they invest in a proper web developer to overhaul their site. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my dental needs.
