Amazing service! The car was clean and the driver was so polite. The journey to Gatwick Airport was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
The driver was soooooo friendly and polite! :) Taxi was super clean and comfy. Arrived at Stansted with time to spare. Will use their service again.
Had an okay experience. The taxi arrived on time and I got to the airport without any issues. Not bad, but could be cheaper.
The service was decent but not exceptional. The driver was friendly but arrived 15 minutes late, which was inconvenient for a tight schedule. Taxi was clean.

I used ukairporttaxi.co.uk recently and was honestly very disappointed. I booked an airport transfer well in advance, expecting the service would be reliable since it's a dedicated taxi service for airport pickups and drop-offs. The website itself was fairly easy to use, but looks can be deceiving. When I actually needed the service, I ran into numerous issues. Firstly, the driver was late. Not just a few minutes late, but a full 30 minutes late. This was after I'd received a confirmation email and a reminder text assuring me that the vehicle would be there on time. Mind you, this was at a time when you'd expect traffic to be lighter. The condition of the vehicle was another letdown. It was far from clean, and I had to deal with a rather unpleasant odor throughout the journey. For a service that charges premium rates, you’d expect decently maintained cars. The driver didn’t seem knowledgeable about the quickest route to the airport and had to rely heavily on GPS, which seemed odd for someone whose job it is to drive to and from airports daily. Additionally, the driver’s attitude left a lot to be desired. He was curt and gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing him by being there. Customer service was also a mess. I tried to call the company’s helpline to get an update when my driver hadn’t arrived, and getting through to someone was incredibly time-consuming. And when I finally did get through, the representative was not at all apologetic or helpful, just saying "the driver will be there soon." For a service that's supposed to reduce travel stress, this experience had the opposite effect. Honestly, I might as well have just taken a regular cab or used a ride-sharing app, both of which I've had better experiences with in the past. In summary, you get better service for much less money elsewhere. I can't recommend ukairporttaxi.co.uk and will definitely look for alternatives in the future.
Very disappointed with the service. The driver was late, and the car wasn't clean at all. Expected much better for the price.
