Viel zu kompliziert. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man so viele Menüs und Links braucht. Außerdem sind einige Seiten sehr langsam. ☹️ Als älterer Nutzer ist es frustrierend, sich zurechtzufinden.
I'm rlly not impressed with this site. It takes forever to load sometimes, and some links don't even work properly. They rlly need 2 fix these issues if they want ppl to use it more. 😠
Yo, so I tried using the UBS website and honestly, it was not a good experience. Like, where do I even start? First off, the layout is super confusing. It's like they hired someone who never heard of user experience design. Finding anything here was a total nightmare. I just wanted basic info on opening a bank account, and I spent HOURS trying to navigate through all these unnecessary links and submenus. Don't even get me started on how slow the site loads. Is it 2023 or 1995? Seriously, it felt like I was back on dial-up. Also, when I finally found the info I needed, it was super vague. There was no clear step-by-step guide, and the FAQ section was completely useless. It answered zero of my questions. I had to call customer service, and guess what? They kept transferring me around like a hot potato, and in the end, I still didn't get a clear answer. Besides that, the website kept glitching. Like, I'd click on a link, and instead of taking me to the right section, it would refresh the entire page. I'd have to start my search from scratch. Super frustrating! And one more thing, the mobile version? Absolute garbage. It looks like they put zero effort into making it mobile-friendly. Everything's squished together, and half the buttons don't even work. Save yourself the headache and avoid this website if you can. There are way better banking websites out there that actually care about their users. This one is just a mess.

As a young investor, I found the content to be engaging and very detailed. However, I wish there were more interactive elements like videos or webinars to better understand complex topics. The overall user experience is decent, though.
