I recently discovered txt.me and decided to give their live chat service a try for my small business. Initially, I was skeptical, but the experience turned out to be quite impressive. The setup was straightforward and took only a few minutes. What stood out to me was the user-friendly interface which required no previous technical knowledge. The customization options for the chat widget are fantastic, allowing me to tailor the appearance to match my website’s aesthetics seamlessly. This significantly enhanced the overall look and feel of my site. One feature that particularly caught my attention was the automated chat responses. Setting up common queries and responses helped reduce the workload for my customer service team, allowing them to focus on more complex customer issues. Moreover, the real-time visitor monitoring feature is invaluable. It lets me see who is visiting my site, what pages they are browsing, and how long they stay. This information has helped me gain insights into customer behavior and has allowed me to make data-driven decisions to improve my business. However, there is room for improvement. While the mobile version of the chat is functional, it occasionally lags. This can be frustrating for both the customer and the support agent. Also, the reporting dashboard, although comprehensive, could use a bit more streamlining to make data interpretation quicker and easier. Overall, I’d rate txt.me a solid 4 stars. The service offers excellent value for its price and has significantly improved my customer interaction and satisfaction. If they can iron out a few minor issues, this service could easily become a 5-star gem. 🌟

This service is really lacking. Their responses are super slow, and the system crashes all the time. It's frustrating to use, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for reliable messaging services.

Honestly, I expected much more from TXT.me. The website promises an easy and efficient messaging service, but my experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, the user interface is quite outdated and clunky. It feels like it was designed a decade ago, and it's not intuitive at all. I had trouble navigating the different sections and finding what I needed, which was frustrating. Moreover, the messaging service itself is unreliable. There were multiple instances where my messages were delayed or, worse, never delivered. This is unacceptable for a service that prides itself on instant communication. I was in the middle of an important conversation, and the delay caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience. Another major issue is the lack of customer support. When I encountered problems with the service, I tried to reach out for help, but the response was slow and unhelpful. It felt like they didn't care about their users' problems, which is disappointing. Additionally, the website's loading speed is abysmally slow. Every time I tried to load a new page or refresh the current one, it took forever to respond. Considering we're in 2023, having such slow load times is inexcusable. I also encountered several bugs while using the service. Some buttons didn't respond at all, and there were random freezes that forced me to restart my browser. It was a frustrating experience overall. Lastly, the pricing is not competitive. For the level of service offered, TXT.me is overpriced. There are other messaging services out there that are much more reliable and affordable. In conclusion, I do not recommend using TXT.me. It has potential, but the current state of the website and service is below average at best. They need to make significant improvements in their design, functionality, and customer service to win my trust back.
