Honestly, I was not impressed with the quality of the wallet I purchased from TORRO. The leather feels cheap and the stitching started coming loose after just a few weeks of use. Not worth the price at all.

I recently tried out Torro's website to purchase a gift for a friend, and I have to say it was a disappointing experience. First off, the website's layout is quite confusing and not user-friendly at all. It took me a while to find what I was looking for, and the search function didn't seem to work properly. Secondly, the product descriptions are very vague and do not provide enough information to make an informed purchase. I felt uneasy buying something without knowing all the details. When it comes to the checkout process, it was even more frustrating. I encountered several bugs and glitches, and it took forever to complete my order. I also found the delivery options limited and overpriced. Speaking of the product quality, when the item finally arrived, it was far from what I expected. The leather wallet I bought looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The leather quality seemed cheap, and the stitching was already coming undone after just a week of use. I tried to contact customer support to return the item, but it was an absolute nightmare. The response was slow, and they were not helpful at all. They made me jump through hoops just to get a return label, and the entire process took way longer than it should have. Additionally, the return shipping cost was not covered, which I found unfair given the poor quality of the product. Overall, my experience with Torro has been far from satisfactory. I don't think I'll be shopping here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others either. The combination of a confusing website, subpar product quality, and poor customer service makes it a no-go for me.
