I had high hopes for ThriveCo after hearing all the buzz about their hair care products. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, the website itself is quite cluttered and not user-friendly. Navigating through their product pages felt like a chore, with too many drop-down menus and unnecessary information. It's 2024, and it feels like the website is stuck in the past. When I finally managed to place an order, I was disappointed to find that there was no option for COD (cash on delivery). For a website that aims to cater to a wide audience, this is a major oversight. The checkout process was overly complicated, requiring me to fill out several forms that didn’t seem relevant. Now, onto the actual products. I ordered the Anti-Hair Fall Serum and the Hair Growth Tonic, both of which had rave reviews. Sadly, they did not live up to the hype. The packaging was bland and didn't look premium, especially considering the high price point. The worst part was the results. After a month of consistent use, I saw no improvement in my hair fall issues or any noticeable hair growth. In fact, my hair felt more brittle and prone to breakage. I followed the application instructions to the letter, so it's not a user error. Customer service was another letdown. I reached out to them via email to express my dissatisfaction, and it took them a full week to respond. Their response was generic and didn’t offer a solution or a refund. I felt like I was being brushed off. In summary, my experience with ThriveCo was underwhelming at best. The website is difficult to navigate, the products were ineffective, and the customer service was lacking. I can't recommend it to anyone looking for reliable hair care solutions. There are far better options available that offer both quality products and good customer service.
The products from ThriveCo are disappointing. The shampoo left my hair dry and the moisturizer felt greasy. Also, the packaging was damaged when it arrived. Not worth the price at all.
