Not impressed with the variety of color packs. Also, some of the yarns were not as soft as described on the website.

The yarn quality is outstanding, especially the Emu Classic DK. It's soft and durable, perfect for any knitting project. The website is user-friendly and the delivery is prompt.
Ordered Emu yarn and was disappointed with the quality. Despite all the glowing reviews, the yarn arrived frayed and tangled. Customer service wasn't very helpful. Not worth the hassle for the price.

I'm pretty underwhelmed with my experience on The Knitting Network. I went there with high expectations, hoping to find some really great yarns and knitting supplies, but I found the whole thing more frustrating than enjoyable. First off, the website's layout is overly cluttered. It feels like they crammed as much as they could onto each page, making it incredibly difficult to navigate. It shouldn't take me five minutes to find a specific category or item I'm looking for. Additionally, the search functionality is quite poor. When I type in specific keywords, the results are often irrelevant or show items that are out of stock. It's almost as if no proper indexing or tagging system was used, which is basic e-commerce 101. The product descriptions also leave much to be desired. Tons of the yarns have very minimal information, and I was left questioning whether or not they would be suitable for my projects. A little more detail, like the exact fiber content, weight, and recommended needle size, would go a long way. Plus, the photos aren't the best quality, often making it hard to judge the color and texture of the yarn. I also had some issues with the cart and checkout process. The cart kept glitching out, losing some of my items which I then had to go back and add again. It was a time-consuming hassle. To top it off, shipping took longer than advertised. I understand the occasional delay, but I received no updates or communication during that waiting period, leaving me wondering if my order got lost. All things considered, The Knitting Network needs to make some significant improvements if they want to keep customers coming back. One star from me.
