Really frustrated with this website. First off, the design is super confusing and not at all intuitive. I couldn’t find half the information I was looking for without having to click around like a mad person. The layout is incredibly cluttered, and there is just way too much text on every page. Seriously, only someone who has a lot of free time on their hands can sort through all that information. And don’t even get me started on the loading times. The pages take forever to load, and I have a pretty decent internet connection. It’s 2023, and there’s no excuse for a website to be this slow. I was trying to get some basic information about how their system works, and the jargon they use is insane. If you’re not well-versed in crypto terminology, good luck trying to understand anything. I had to Google so many terms, and even then, it wasn’t very clear. I couldn’t find any helpful tutorials or guides either. There’s a lack of user-friendly resources, which makes it really hard for newcomers. It almost feels like this site is made exclusively for experts and those who already know what they’re doing. The customer service is also pretty terrible. I sent them an email asking for some clarifications, and it took them days to get back to me. When I finally got a response, it was just a copy-paste job from their FAQ section, which I had already read and didn’t find helpful. Their support team doesn’t seem to care much about personalizing the responses or actually helping out the users. Honestly, I’m very disappointed. I expected more from a site like this. On top of all that, the security measures they have are not well-explained. I’m not sure how secure my information is, which is a big deal when dealing with financial stuff. Overall, I had a pretty miserable experience and would not recommend this site to others unless they make some serious improvements.
This service is not reliable at all. I faced numerous technical issues and support was very slow to respond. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone needing consistency.
